A good strong wool fiber, a tight twist, and the nylon make this perfect for socks, and Rachelle's eye for color is absolutely delightful.
Hand dyed fingering weight yarns are also wonderful for shawls/wraps, lightweight cardigans, pullovers, and summer tees & tanks. Combine them with "fuzzy" lace - fingering weight yarns (i.e. mohair/silk) for a totally different look & texture. For garments, we do recommend alternating skeins with hand dyed yarns to prevent color pooling.
