Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction means everything to us, so please let us know right away if there are any issues with your order. Items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Yarn must be in its original condition, and unwound if applicable. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us through the mail, unless there is an issue with the order.

No returns on books, digital patterns, paper patterns, Ravelry patterns, kits, special orders, pop-up or trunk show items, sale items, wound yarn or yarn with odors, such smoking or pet odors.

There will be a restocking charge of 10% of order total. We are a small business, not Amazon.

All sale items are Final Sale and non-returnable.

No refunds on lost or stolen packages.
