In 2010, Polka Dot Sheep launced Aimee's hand dyed yarns.  In 2020, Polka Dot Sheep moved into the new building that replaced their dear and well loved original  home, the Knit 'n Needle Yarn Shoppe. This move brought the Shoppe and the dye studio under one roof and Polka Dot Sheep continues to welcome visitors from far and near.

Iron Horse is a beautiful blend of superwash merino and silk, giving the yarn a exquisite shine.

Knitting Weight: Fingering

Fiber Content: 75% superwash merino / 25% mulberry silk

Yardage: 438 yards (400 m) / 100 gr

Gauge: 26 – 32 sts = 4 in (10 cm) / US 1.5 – 3 (2.5 – 3.25 mm) needles

Texture: 4-ply

Care: For best results, hand wash and dry flat. Machine wash is possible.
