Beginning Embroidery: Whimsical Stitching
Beginning Embroidery: Whimsical Stitching
Wednesdays, November 5 & 19, 5:30 - 7:30pm
Teacher fee $35 + Supplies (around $46 - 10% class discount)
In this beginner embroidery class, we’re diving into the charming world of Kiriki Press stitched creatures. You’ll create your very own embroidered soft friend while learning all the embroidery basics—good habits, how to start and end threads neatly, reading a pattern, and mastering those first magical stitches.
Kee-Kiri-Kee! (that’s rooster-speak for “Let’s make something adorable!”)
We’ll meet for two sessions: the first to get you confidently stitching, the second to troubleshoot, polish, and finish your little masterpiece. Between classes, you’ll have time to stitch at your own pace (and maybe fall in love with your hoop).
No experience needed—just a willingness to thread a needle and giggle at tiny animals. Ages 10+ are welcome with an adult stitching buddy.
