Kim lives in Montana on our family owned and run cattle ranch with her husband and three boys.
On this family ranch we run 1,500 head of cattle on 25,000 acres. The ranch was originally homestead in 1877 by Norwegian immigrants and today the Voldseth family, which are the fourth and fifth generations living on this land, own and work the ranch. The ranch lies partly in the legendary Crazy Mountains and partly in the beautiful Castle Mountains.
All her yarns are dyed on the ranch in my small studio (converted from the old ranch bunkhouse!)
