With the aim of supporting small wool producers and native breeds, Mota was developed as a collaboration with several local ranching families.
The resulting yarn is a soft and lofty 3-ply DK/Worsted. We love its "squish factor". It plumps up delightfully.
Sourced from dairy ranches located within 150 km of their mill, Mota is a collection made to celebrate the region in Spain, Castilla La Mancha. By utilizing wool typically discarded as waste, they hope to show the beauty of this overlooked resource!
