When Yoga Instructor/Knitter Extraordinaire Callie shared her Poses & Purls-a-the-pub idea with us, we jumped in! Who doesn't need some excellent stretch sessions geared specifically towards Makers? Our nearby neighbor at Thirsty Street Taproom will host us and Callie will be leading some "light chair yoga" on the patio (no yoga mat required), followed by a brew and social stitching. Yarn Explorations with Carla for ages 4 - 6 is July 19 & 22. Your eager little learners will have fun with Carla as they hear stories about yarn, learn what animal and plant fibers are used to create yarn, and make yarn art.
